To serve you more conveniently, our Owner Services office has moved. It is no longer on the ground floor of Vista Encantada. You’ll now find us in the Hacienda Encantada lobby, in the neighboring tower, just steps away.
How to find us
As you enter the Hacienda Encantada lobby, look for the image of the Virgin of Guadalupe. Next to it, take the door on the right, then the first glass door on your right. We’ll be there to welcome you.
