As part of this commitment, several restoration and improvement projects are currently underway throughout our hotel complex.
A More Authentic Arrival Experience
The main roadway leading to our lobbies is undergoing a significant transformation.
The existing concrete surface is being renewed with traditional-style pavers, creating a warmer and more distinctive aesthetic inspired by the architecture and character of Mexico’s iconic haciendas.
Beyond enhancing the appearance of one of the property’s main access points, this project will create a more cohesive sense of arrival and strengthen the connection between our surroundings, architecture, and Mexican heritage.
Renewing the Villas Pool at The Residences
The Villas pool area at The Residences is also undergoing a comprehensive renewal.
The project includes the renovation of the pool’s surface finishes, as well as both jacuzzis, refreshing the overall appearance and maintaining the quality and appeal of this important recreational space.
These improvements are designed to revitalize the area while continuing to provide an inviting and enjoyable environment for our guests and residents.
A Comprehensive Renewal at El Encanto
The sixth floor of El Encanto is currently undergoing an extensive renovation focused on enhancing comfort, functionality, and long-term quality.
The project includes the installation of new aluminum railings and upgraded windows featuring lighter yet more durable materials and glass. In addition, air-conditioning systems, showers, bathroom fixtures, and other essential elements are being renewed.
The renovation also includes updates to furniture, new mattresses, painting, plumbing improvements, and detailed enhancements throughout the accommodations.
Together, these updates will create refreshed, more comfortable, and contemporary spaces while preserving the essence that defines the property.
Continued Improvements at Building E – Phase 2
Similar renovation efforts are also underway on the fourth floor of Building E – Phase 2.
